Meals
Meals are included in the cost from Friday evening until Lord's day lunch.
Airport Transport
Transport from the airport is available on request during registration.
Affordability
If you are unable to carry the cost, please fellowship with your locality first. You may also indicate it during registration and someone will contact you.
Day visitors
Day visitors are allowed for R75/day with optional meals for R250 (R200 for U/12).
Sleeping Arrangements
These are the possible options:
Bungalows with bunk beds sleeping on average 6 people. First choice would be for older ones (50 years and older) and families who want to stay together.
There is a big dorm (split by a wall to sleep separately) for sisters and brothers with bunk beds for those who are single, students and young people and families who do not mind sleeping separately.There is room for camping, though the price remains the same.
There is no kitted out campsites. The venue simply allows you to camp there. You can use the facilities for bathrooms and shower.

Please bring your own cutlery
Knife, fork, tablespoon, teaspoon, cloth, plate, bowl, mug and plastic cup
Bedding
Please bring your own bedding (sheet, blanket, duvet, or sleeping bag, pillow, towel and toiletries).
Bedding can be rented for an additional R75 (limited amount).
The saints in Cape Town are also willing to provide bedding where it's needed.
